Thank you so much for choosing us to work with you and your pet!
Our policies are to keep you and your pet safe, but we are open to recommendations as we grow.
We ask that clients abide by our policies, please read the policies - not doing so, does not invalidate them. They are in full effect at each appointment by booking an appointment with us or  coming in for a walk In- you agree to abide by these policies.

Vettechytalk LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions that your pet might have, known or unknown.
As veterinary technicians we are unable to diagnose, prognose, prescribe or perform surgery on your pet.
Medications given to your pet at our facility are purchased over the counter. We are able to give medications prescribed by your veterinarian that you are unable to give yourself.  
Vettechytalk LLC will only give medications as directed on the prescription label.

Please inform us if your pet requires any special accommodations. Some medical conditions may worsen due to the stress of basic pet care.
Vettechytalk LLC is not responsible for any conditions including illness, seizures or the death of my pet due to pre-existing conditions.
We cannot permit owners to hold their own pet during any procedures.
 

Vettechytalk LLC reserves the right to refuse service to pets with health issues until they have been seen by a veterinarian or a veterinarian approves them to continue with services.
This includes but is not limited to skin/eye/ear conditions, tumors/growths etc.
If any of these conditions are discovered by our staff, we may send you a referral and, in some cases, we may have to stop the groom for their safety. 

We do not work on pregnant animals. 

If your pet has any known allergies please let us know.
Vettechytalk LLC will not be held liable for any allergic reactions to treats and or products whether the allergies are known or unknown prior to your appointment.
We recommend if you have specific treats or products used on your pet that you bring them in and let us know any special instructions.

We only have one kennel for dogs. Your dog will roam free in our store until you pick up! Please be on time for pick up as it is not fair to the next patient/ client.

Please prepare to spend 5 minutes with your pet at check-in.
Vettechytalk L does not offer overnight boarding and must be picked up within 30 minutes of contact unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pets left for 24 hours without contact from you are considered abandoned and will have to be surrendered to a shelter or rescue

A non refundable deposit is required for any appointments outside of business hours. A payment link will be sent to your phone or you can come in person to pay.
If you do not pay this deposit your appointment time is not guaranteed.  
The deposit is due at time of scheduling.

Vettechytalk LLC, follows the laws regarding rabies vaccinations and by law it is required to report any pet bites.
This includes bites to the employees of Vettechytalk LLC working on the pet.
Clients must be able to provide proof of current vaccination if requested.
We are required to record the vaccinations expiration date.

It is your esponsibility to inform the groomer about ANY known aggression.
If your pet is known to bite, just tell us! Vettechytalk staff is trained at handling all types of pets with and without sedation and with minimal restraint. We need to know that your pet dislikes any part of the grooming process such as its toenails, rear end etc. We will adapt our technique!

We do have a sassy fee of $20 and this may be applied even after the appointment.

We are NOT veterinarians. Everything should be discussed with your veterinarian.
Recommendations are for YOUR PET. What is recommended to you, may not be the same for another pet even in the same household.
Please do not give recommendations given to you, to another pet parent.

Consults are NON refundable. 

 Removing mats can uncover previously unknown conditions.
Mat removal may result in skin irritations.
Vettechytalk LLC HIGHLY recommends a vet appointment after a mat removal.  We will charge $15 per additional hour over an hour
If the dematting/shaving process is ever painful to the pet, we reserve the right to discontinue service.

Vettechytalk LLC and its associates may photograph your pet for social media, or website.  Your name will never be shared, but you are welcome to tag yourself in photos!  There is no compensation for this - if you prefer not to have your pet photographed - please answer no in our form.

Pricing is custom to each pet. 

Price increase and decrease at any time. 

Payment is due in full at pick up.

Due to fraud we do not accept checks.

Please let us know anything you did not like about your groom.

We can fix anything at no charge within 48 hours of your groom.

Pictures are great but we may not be able to get it exact.
